This Privacy Policy describes how WBPriceChanger (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards the personal information of users (“you” or “your”) when you interact with our Telegram bot (“Bot”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

- Bot: WBPriceChanger, a Telegram-based automation tool for updating product prices on Wildberries.
- Administrator: The individual or entity operating the Bot—@NikichVP.
- User: A person who accesses or uses the Bot via the Telegram platform.
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
- Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, modification, use, disclosure, or destruction.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Telegram Account Data
- Chat ID: Unique identifier for your Telegram account.
- Username and Display Name: Your Telegram handle and first name. We use these solely to manage sessions, tailor responses, and coordinate communications.
2.2 Payment Confirmation
- Payment Receipt Images or Documents: If you choose to upload a payment confirmation, it is forwarded only to the Administrator for manual verification and then securely deleted.
2.3 WB API Key
- API Key: A token you provide to enable the Bot to call Wildberries’s official API. We store this key only in the Bot’s memory for the duration of your session, and never persist it to disk or share it with third parties.
2.4 Excel Files
- Thresholds File: Your .xlsx document containing product IDs, target prices, and categories.
- Discounts File: Your .xlsx document containing category-based discount percentages.
We download these files temporarily for processing and delete them immediately upon completing the price update.
2.5 Usage Logs & Diagnostics
- Interaction Logs: Bot commands issued, timestamps, and success/failure codes.
- Error Reports: Non-personal technical errors. These logs help us monitor, troubleshoot, and improve Bot performance. We retain logs for up to 30 days before secure deletion.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data for the following legitimate business purposes:
1. Authentication & Authorization
- To verify your identity via Telegram and to manage multi-step workflows.
2. Price Automation
- To fetch your current inventory and prices via Wildberries’s official API.
- To calculate and apply new prices based on your uploaded thresholds and discounts.
3. Support & Communication
- To forward your support messages to the Administrator and to relay Administrator replies back to you.
4. Operational Security & Monitoring
- To log interactions, detect anomalies, prevent abuse, and comply with Telegram’s guidelines against spam or malicious behavior.
5. Legal Compliance
- To respond to lawful requests by public authorities, enforce our Terms of Service, or defend against legal claims.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. We only share your data under the following limited circumstances:
- Wildberries API: Your API key and pricing commands are sent directly, and only, by the Bot’s automated server-side logic to Wildberries over HTTPS. No human, including the Administrator, ever sees or handles your API key or uploaded Excel files.
- Support Messages: When you submit a support request (
/support), only the text of your message is forwarded to the Administrator
- Legal Requirements: When required by law (e.g., court order, government request), we may disclose Personal Data to comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
- Session Data & API Keys: Held in volatile memory; cleared when the Bot restarts or when your session ends.
- Uploaded Files: Stored in a secure, temporary directory and deleted immediately after processing.
- Logs & Diagnostics: Retained in encrypted logs for up to 30 days, then purged. No Personal Data remains in backups beyond this period.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- Encryption: All communication with Telegram and Wildberries uses TLS/HTTPS.
- Access Controls: Only the Bot and the designated Administrator have access to your data.
- Isolated Processing: Uploaded files and API keys are handled in an isolated environment and never persist on disk.
- Regular Audits: We periodically review logs for unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Under applicable data protection laws, you may:
- Access: Request a copy of any Personal Data we hold about you.
- Rectify: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
- Erase: Request deletion of your Personal Data (except data we must retain for legal compliance).
- Object or Restrict: Challenge certain uses of your data, such as automated profiling.
- Withdraw Consent: If you believe we rely on consent, you can revoke it at any time by discontinuing use.
